Rental Standards
We are active owners and take pride in the condition of our condos. We schedule inspections periodically to ensure that the condos are being maintained, by our cleaning people and grounds keepers, to a high standard.
Our guests frequently want to know what to pack, which is influenced by what they can expect to find at the condo. We've summarized what you can expect to find in our condos below. If you don't see a particular item in the lists, please ask us about it. If we don't currently provide an item that would be useful to our guests, we will want to consider providing it in the future.

We’ve had good success at both condos by simply asking our guests to consider replacing any item that runs low or runs out during their stay. That way, the next guest finds the condo sufficiently stocked as well.
